Approach

Taking that first step

Taking that first step in asking for help and seeking support may seem daunting.

Admitting you need support can be challenging, but knowing help is available can reassure you. We understand how you may be feeling and we’re here to help. In the first instance, we kindly suggest you make a phone call or send us an email or text. We can then arrange to speak on the phone at a time convenient to you.

During our first conversation, you can explain to us your issues and concerns. If it’s appropriate to do so, we can then arrange a convenient time to meet face-to-face to explore your situation in more detail.

Looking at your situation

During our first meeting we’ll explore in more detail your family background, current situation and underlying issues, how long and how long you feel that things have been challenging or difficult. This meeting is a two-way process, to help us assess your circumstances and explore how we can help you. It is also an opportunity to ask any questions you may have. We will end the session by discussing treatment options.

Our therapy sessions will help you to find the answers to the many questions that arise when we start exploring your issues. Our assessment is to assist you in developing a better relationship with yourself and the interpersonal relationships in your life.

We see individuals and families in our consulting rooms in Parsons Green, Fulham. Please visit our Contact page for more details on our location.

Our Approach

We provide a bespoke approach to treating your well-being. Our underlying philosophy is that everyone requires a tailored treatment plan designed to support and meet their individual circumstances. We DO NOT adopt a one-size-fits-all method.

We utilise a variety of techniques, and incorporate treatment modalities such as talking therapies, CBT, EMDR and psychotherapy tailored to your needs. Please be assured that our holistic approach is based on a strong foundation of experience and positive outcomes. Our sessions may be for a fixed time frame, or open ended, at first, we would suggest meeting weekly.

What we deliver

Person-Centered Care

We understand that no two journeys are the same. That’s why we tailor every treatment plan to the individual - respecting your story, your needs, and your pace. Our team takes the time to understand not just the symptoms, but the person behind them.

Integrated & Multidisciplinary Treatment

Our expert team - including psychiatrists, psychologists, therapists, nurses, and recovery coaches - works collaboratively to provide comprehensive, coordinated care. Whether you’re facing addiction, trauma, depression, anxiety, or ADHD, we draw from the latest clinical research and proven methods to design a treatment plan that addresses the whole person—mind, body, and spirit.

Trauma-Informed Philosophy

Many of our clients come to us with a history of unresolved trauma. Our care is trauma-informed, meaning we recognize the impact of trauma on mental health and behavior, and we prioritize safety, trust, and empowerment in all interactions.

Evidence-Based Therapies

We offer a wide range of evidence-based treatments, including: Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) Medication-assisted treatment Mindfulness-based therapy Somatic and body-focused approaches

Dual Diagnosis Expertise

We specialize in treating co-occurring disorders - such as addiction with depression, or anxiety with ADHD - providing integrated solutions that treat both issues simultaneously, not separately.

Support Beyond Treatment

Recovery doesn't end when the program does. We offer aftercare planning, relapse prevention strategies, peer support, and family counseling to help clients maintain progress and build a life rooted in purpose and connection.

What Happens during
these sessions

The sessions are designed to help you gain a better understanding of yourself and develop the resources to assist your emotional well-being. Our goal is to understand how certain factors in your life have manifested towards developing your current situation. We aim to help you develop an awareness of what triggers your thoughts, feelings and behaviour.

Together we build a picture of you and what contributes to your situation. Importantly we support you in developing new tools to manage your emotional well-being to ensure the best possible outcomes are achieved.
